Data Subject Access Request

Metal Roofing Homes offers roofing services for properties in New York and Pennsylvania only. Service availability is confirmed for each property. These website policies do not expand that service area.

References to privacy or communications rules in other jurisdictions apply where relevant to the visitor, recipient, or data processing; they do not indicate roofing service coverage outside New York and Pennsylvania.

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request that we:

• Confirm whether we process your personal information
• Provide access to the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions
• Provide information about how your personal information is collected, used, disclosed, or shared
• Limit the use or disclosure of certain personal information where applicable
• Opt out of certain types of data sharing or targeted advertising
• Receive a copy of certain personal information in a portable format, where applicable

These rights may vary depending on your jurisdiction, including California, other U.S. states, and Canada.

You may submit your request by:

• Email: [email protected]
• Company: Residential Metal Roofing Systems Inc. / I.E.L. Manufacturing Ltd.

We will respond to verified requests within 45 days, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

To protect your privacy and security, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

Verification may include confirming information previously provided to us or requesting additional information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity.

If we cannot verify your identity, we may deny or limit the request as permitted by applicable law.

If permitted by applicable law, you may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

We may require proof of the agent’s authority and may also require you to verify your identity directly with us.

We will respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Where applicable, we generally aim to respond within 45 days, unless an extension is permitted or required.

If we decline your request, you may appeal that decision by contacting us at [email protected]. Where required by applicable state law, we will respond to your appeal within the time period required by law and, if the appeal is denied, provide information on how to contact the relevant Attorney General or privacy regulator.

Your rights are subject to certain legal limitations and exceptions. For example, we may retain or decline to delete information where necessary to:

• Comply with legal obligations
• Complete transactions or provide requested services
• Detect security incidents or protect against fraud
• Exercise or defend legal claims
• Maintain internal records as permitted by law

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights under applicable law.

If you are a California resident, you may have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, sell, or share
• Request deletion or correction of personal information
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
• Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information, where applicable
